Cart is empty All we ask is that the garments are returned unused, undamaged and with tags fully intact. Please note that the tags do not impede trying on the garment nor gifting it to another person. Removal of, or tampering with the tags will invalidate the refund and exchange policy. Size exchanges for size 20 and 3XL and above will have an additional supplementary charge applicable which is displayed on the garment information page from which the order will have been placed,
Once you receive delivery of your garment order and have had a chance to try it on you will know fairly quickly if the fit is okay and whether it is what you are after. We are keen to identify sooner rather than later all returns as this helps with warehouse stock management and enables us to deliver more competitive prices for high quality garments to our customers.
To enable prompt allocation of refunds and exchanges please ensure that the item is returned to the address as detailed on the electronic dispatch note e-mailed. You can telephone or e-mail us to confirm the address for your order should you misplace the dispatch note.
